If your booking is made 8 weeks prior to arrival date then full payment must be received with in 48 hours of booking, this is non refundable. A security deposit of £250 / $400 is required to cover any damages &/or excess use of utilities. This is to be paid to us before you leave the UK, and refunded when you return. The deposit will be treated as part payment of the total amount due. If the balance is not paid 8 weeks prior to departure, we have the right to cancel the booking without further notice. In the event of cancellation for any reason, deposit and final balance are not refundable. We are not responsible for any loss of enjoyment or use of the house due to travel/weather disruption. No all male or all female parties are allowed. Should any problem occur with the accommodation during your stay, you must notify our management company immediately. The client is responsible for and pays all the travel arrangements, airline tickets, car rental, medical and travel insurance and any other costs incurred in connection with the holiday. Payment via the booking form is for rental of the house only.
These booking conditions form the sole contract between the owners and the person signing the booking form (who must be over 18 yrs old) The person signing the booking form shall be deemed to be signing on behalf of all members of the party, who agree to be bound by the booking conditions.
